Shopfront integrates with ALM to automatically receive and download your invoices.
If an invoice was accidentally deleted please contact ALM National Retail Services to have the invoice re-sent.
Note; please allow half an hour from ALM reloading the invoice to when it will appear in your notifications.
However, if the invoice was not deleted but rather the notification was deleted or missed, please follow the steps below to find it.
1. Open Menu
2. Select Stock
3. Select Stock Management
4. From the Status drop down list please select Sent
5. Select Filter
6. Find the relevant invoice and select Receive
