If you receive the following error message when receiving a supplier invoice or closing the register you need to update your MYOB credentials in the Integration.
An error has occurred
We could not retrieve your settings for MYOB, please try again later.
If this error persists, please revoke access and reconnect MYOB.
You can do this by following the steps below;
- Select Menu
- Select Setup
- Select Integrations
- Search for MYOB and select Settings
- Select your Company File
- Enter your Username and Password (Company file credentials i.e. Administrator)
- Select Update
