How to Set up Inventory Reports to Email on a Scheduled Basis
Follow the steps below to set up an inventory report to email at a specified time.
- Select the Menu icon
- Select Reporting
- Select Inventory Reports
- Choose the appropriate Report Type
- To group products by a particular classification, select Group By and choose from the list
- To add or remove columns, select the columns icon
- Once you have the fields set, select the Save icon.
- Name the report i.e Monthly Inventory Report then select Save
- This will direct you to your Favourite Reports page. Select the Settings icon next to the report and Toggle on Enable automatic emails
- Enter an email address (select Add email addresses if you wish for the report to be emailed to multiple recipients
- Select Save
