How to Set up Inventory Reports to Email on a Scheduled Basis

Follow the steps below to set up an inventory report to email at a specified time. 

  1. Select the Menu icon
  2. Select Reporting
  3. Select Inventory Reports
  4. Choose the appropriate Report Type
  5. To group products by a particular classification, select Group By and choose from the list
  6. To add or remove columns, select the columns icon
  7. Once you have the fields set, select the Save icon.
  8. Name the report i.e Monthly Inventory Report then select Save
  9. This will direct you to your Favourite Reports page. Select the Settings icon next to the report and Toggle on Enable automatic emails
  10. Enter an email address (select Add email addresses if you wish for the report to be emailed to multiple recipients
  11. Select Save
