Last Stocktaked Report
The Last Stocktaked Report allows you to view the last time products were stocktaked before a selected date. The report will show all of the products which have not been stocktaked since the selected date. Any products which have been stocktaked on or after the date selected, will not appear in this report.
To access the Last Stocktaked Report:
- Select the Menu icon
- Select Reporting
- Select Miscellaneous Reports
- Select Stocktaked Products
Last Stocktaked Report Filters
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Outlet | The name of the outlet |
| Date | The date selected will show any products which have not been stocktaked since the selected date |
| Brands, Categories, Families, Tags | Will only include products belonging to the specified classifications |
| Show Inventory With Zero Stock | Leaving this turned off will exclude all products which have a current inventory level of zero |
| Include Inactive Products | Leaving this turned off will exclude all inactive products from the report |
Note: Products are recognised as being stocktaked if the product has been modified in the express or advanced stocktake and if the inventory has been manually edited through the product edit page.
