How to Get Your Current Inventory Value
The inventory report will show you your current inventory and totals based on your cost price. There are five different report types you can choose depending on the products you want to appear on the report, these report types are explained below:
| Inventory on Hand | Shows only products which have a positive inventory level |
| No Inventory | Shows only products with a zero or a negative inventory level |
| Not Zero Inventory | Shows all products except from those with a zero inventory level |
| Only Zero Inventory | Shows only products with a zero inventory level |
| All Inventory Levels | Shows all inventory levels |
To view an inventory report follow the steps below:
- Select the Menu icon
- Select Reporting
- Select Inventory Reports
- Choose the appropriate Report Type by selecting Inventory On Hand
- To group products by a particular classification select Group By and choose from the list
- To add or remove columns, select the columns icon
