Creating a Gift Receipt

A gift receipt shows the proof of purchase but doesn't show the price paid for the product.

If you would like to keep the same details on an existing receipt template but remove the pricing information, you can clone a previous receipt template by completing the following steps:

1. Open the Menu icon
2. Select Setup
3. Select Receipts
4. Find the receipt template you want to copy and select Clone
5. Name the receipt eg, Receipt - Gift Receipt

To configure the new receipt template as a gift receipt:

1. Find the newly created template and select Edit
2. Now turn off or delete all components which show a price indicator
3. Once completed select Save
