Shopfront supports showing expected and received profit in two ways, Gross Profit Margin and Markup.

Gross Profit Margin is typically used by the liquor industry in Australia and is calculated using the following formula: (sell - cost) / sell * 100.

Markup is typically used by the fashion industry in Australia and is calculated using the following formula: (sell - cost) / cost * 100.
