To process the transaction into the EFTPOS payment method you can temporarily switch the payment method EFTPOS to non integrated via the setup menu.
Note; Do not process any sales at any register within all outlets while the EFTPOS integration has been turned off.
1. Select the Menu icon
2. Select Setup
3. Select Payment Methods
4. Select Edit on your PC-EFTPOS payment method
5. Change the Type from "PC-EFTPOS" to "Eftpos" and select Save Payment Method
6. Go back to the sell screen and click the cloud to ensure that the page has been refreshed to accept the new settings
7. Process the sale as EFTPOS
8. Switch the Payment Method Type back to "PC-EFTPOS" (Steps 1-5)
