How does the customer display work?
The customer display is shown using a second window in chrome.
Your customer display will automatically open once the computer is restarted. The customer facing screen is set to open on your second monitor in full-screen mode.
Common troubleshooting tips for customer display
Customer display is not displaying in full screen?
You can fix this by selecting the Chrome tab for your customer display in your taskbar and pressing F11 on your keyboard. This will set your customer display screen to full screen.
Customer display is showing on my main (register) monitor. How to add it to 2nd monitor?
This could happen when your computer boots up but your second monitor is not turned on. Please ensure your second monitor is on when your PC starts.
If you leave your computer on to automatically restart overnight please leave both monitors turned on, this ensures your display settings remain unchanged.

I have accidentally closed my display screen? How do I open it again?
- Open your customer display window by following these steps:
- Open the Menu
- Select Shopfront
- Select Open Customer Display
- Once you have opened the customer display, drag the window to your second screen.
- Once customer display screen has been moved to 2nd monitor, press F11 on your keyboard to set the chrome window to full screen.
My customer display monitor is not displaying anything?
First of all, check that the power is on for the screen and check that the display cables are all connected.
If your display monitor reads "Entering Power Save Mode" when you turn it on, this means the screen is not picking up a connection from your computer, if the problem persists it could be a fault of the cables or the video card.
