Already processed a sale but realised a mistake and just want to start over without returning the items? If your user permissions allow it, you can cancel a sale through the Sales History.

Note; We would highly recommend that instead of cancelling a sale you return or refund the sale as cancelling a sale removes the ability for you to track the history of events that occurred relating to that sale.

Cancel a Sale via Sales History

Cancelling a sale completely reverses all events relating to the sale, including the reversal of inventory, loyalty points, account balance and payment methods.

1. Open the Menu
2. Select Register
3. Select Sales History
4. Select a sale from your sales history
5. Inside sales details click Cancel Sale
