How to Enable Touch on the Element 455W With a Customer Display Screen Attached

If your Element 455W all-in-one computer has a connected customer display screen and touch functionality is not enabled on the main screen, follow these steps to activate touch compatibility:

  1. Open the Control Panel on the computer
  2. Change View by to Large Icons
  3. Select Tablet PC Settings
  4. Ensure Display 1. Mobile PC Display is selected
  5. Select Setup
  6. Touch the Screen
  7. Press Enter on the keyboard

After following these steps, test the touch screen to ensure that it is now activated for touch compatibility.
