How to Bypass the Internet and Microsoft Account Requirement During Windows 11 Setup?

You can run the OOBE BypassNRO command to bypass the internet requirements. To bypass the internet requirement and use Windows 11 with a local user account, follow these steps:

1. Ensuring that your internet is disconnected, turn on the computer, the first screen that will appear is the language selection screen

2. Press Shift + F10 on the keyboard to launch a command prompt (if this doesn't open the command prompt press Control + Shift + F10)

3. In the command prompt, run the following command: oobe\BypassNRO

4. Hit the Enter key on your keyboard

5. Your system will restart after executing the command.

6. After the restart, you will again be prompted to select your region and keyboard layout. However, this time, on the Let’s connect you to a network screen, you will notice a new option: I don’t have internet

7. Select I don’t have internet option, and then select Continue with limited setup

8. Proceed to create a local user account, and the setup will continue.

9. Once the setup is complete, you can use Windows 11 with a local user account.
