The sell screen can inform you when you are unable to interact with it due to another window being selected. This results in a screen that looks like:
This message informs you that you have clicked on something out of the register, such as your browser search bar or taskbar. If you see this message, it means you will not be able to scan a product until you select anywhere on your register screen.
To Enable or Disable Lost Focus Message
- Navigate to Menu > Setup > General
- Ensure you are in Company settings
- Scroll down until you see Sell Screen / Register
- Choose the setting you want to apply for Prevent Blur on Focus Loss on Sell Screen
- Select Save
