Adding Products to Sales Keys

The register is able to be customised to suit your needs using Sales Keys. For further details and a general guide please click on the following link on how to modify Sales Keys. Products can be added as sales keys for easy access by completing the following step:  

1. Navigate to Sales Keys via Menu > Setup > Sales Keys
2. Create a new sales key folder for your products or click Edit to modify an existing folder 
3. Resize existing keys to make room for your new key
4. Press + Add Sale Key
5. Change the key Action:
   • Select Add a Product to set a specified quantity other than a case or to request the quantity
   • Select Add a Product using Case Quantity to easily add cases to sales. You will have the option of specifying a Quantity of cases as well
6. Search and select a Product by name
7. You can now modify the way this key appears on the sell screen by:
   • Typing a key name into the text box Normal Text
   • Adding an image from the Media Centre by clicking on the Normal Image field
   • Changing the colours of:
     • Borders
     • Background
     • Text
