Commonly Asked Questions
Why isn't my price coming out how I expect?
Shopfront locks the price of all products when you park a sale, you can unlock the prices by pressing the lock icon next to each product.
If you add additional products to a sale with locked products and those products are in a family, the products which are locked will not be counted towards the family pricing.
If additional products are added to a sale which are on promotion, the locked products will count towards the requirements for promotions, but won't have their prices affected.
As prices are locked at the time of parking the sale, promotions which have gone out of date may be applied as a locked price, you can remove these by unlocking the product.
