How To Find a UUID

Outlet UUID

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Reporting
  3. Select Sales Report
  4. Select No for Consolidate By Report Type

  5. Select Outlet ID from the Columns menu on the right hand side Note: You can also find Register ID here too

The UUID for your outlet will be displayed in this report. You may need to scroll the report to the right to see this information if too many columns are selected.

 

Register UUID

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Setup
  3. Select Registers & Outlets
  4. Locate the appropriate register and select Edit

In your browser address bar, the register UUID will be a mix of numbers and letters at the end of your store URL.

Classification UUID

Classifications include Brands, Categories, Families and Tags, the steps below will show you how to find a UUID for a specific classification.

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Stock Management
  3. Select Classifications
  4. Search for a particular Classification eg, Craft Beer
  5. Select Edit

In your browser address bar, the classification UUID will be a mix of numbers and letters at the end of your store URL.

Supplier UUID

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Stock Management
  3. Select Suppliers
  4. Locate the particular supplier and select View

In your browser address bar, the supplier UUID will be a mix of numbers and letters at the end of your store URL.

Tax Rate UUID

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Setup
  3. Select Tax Rates
  4. Locate the particular Tax Rate and select View

In your browser address bar, the Tax Rate UUID will be a mix of numbers and letters at the end of your store URL.

Customer Group UUID

  1. Select the Menu
  2. Select Customer Management
  3. Select Customer Groups
  4. Locate the particular Customer Group and select View
